Customers are advised that BT Group Archives is unable to undertake research on their behalf, but are encouraged to visit the Archives in person to make use of our well equipped facilities. We are open to the public throughout the year on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am - 4 pm. An appointment is essential to ensure access to the building, and to reserve a study desk.
